Due to the negative influence of COVID-19, the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympic Games has changed its holding time from 2020 to 2021 summer. My mentorship about this project is mainly about the data collecting via questionnaires that aimed at the difference and the same between China and the U.S. We can analyze the data to figure out the real motivations behind the participants of the Olympics and try to predict the trend of the sports market behind the surface fact. 

This project will adopt a hybrid model to gather information: online and papered. Due to the negative impact of the COVID-19, the focus of this questionnaire would be the online format to gather the most information from China (estimated over 60%).

In this project, I am a volunteer to shoot pictures for athletics when they played games with other teams during the fierce games, which are mainly for the men basketball team, women basketball team, and women volleyball team. It is a great opportunity to study new knowledge outside the textbooks and verify the theories in the real world. Besides, it is helpful to gain working experiences during my mentorship because every time I could get new thinking and views from the close observation from the live games, no matter of which audience, co-workers, or athletics.

In this project, I mainly participate in three parts: minor league ball teams, CIC Database research, and Kim Ng case study information collection.

For minor league ball teams, my portion was to collect information for three teams: Des Moines Wolves (G League), Fort Wayne Mad Ants (G League), and Fort Wayne Komets. The useful information including but not limited to: ball team's main venue, the venue's main functions, events, revenues, attendance, and surrounding entertainment facilities. 

For CIC Database research, my portion is to collect contact information of the Senior Woman Administrator (SWA), the Athletics Director (AD), and Career Director in the West Region with seven states including AZ, CA, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, and WA. ​

For Kim Ng case study information collection, to help Dr. Bonnie Tiell study the first woman at the highest-ranking executive level in MLB, my duty is to collect information about Kim Ng's childhood, profession, and career resume.

I will get to draft the first creation of the center.
Thie project includes the mission, core values, assignments, goals, faculty, and relationships with the Academic Experience for Olympians, the International Cultural Consortium, and Elite Sport and Culture Week. Besides, it also includes the opportunity to be mentored by distinguished professionals with ties to the Olympic games and professional sports (the sports mentorship). This center would provide a scholarship opportunity for an elite athlete, coach, or administrator from a sports federation or professional team who enrolls in TU's sport management MBA program.

I learned this course to supply my mentor hours via five classes. This course covers the physical and physiological changes women’s bodies undergo during and after pregnancy. You will learn a variety of exercises and modifications that have been specifically designed for pregnant women, along with, how to assess which exercises are appropriate in each trimester. From being pregnant to after-birth, the whole process would be divided into four periods: first trimester, second trimester, third trimester, and postpartum (after-birth). The pregnant female would generate some changes both mentally and physically. Maternity Fitness would help women to adjust and treat these changes well and know their bodies more closely with physical limitations and possibilities.
